It works by tapping on meridian energy points while tuning in to the problem at a cellular level. This effects a reduction or elimination of the problem. One of the huge attractions of EFT is that it can be self administered for increased impact.

The technique is simple to learn and has almost unlimited application for relief from fears, phobias, addictions, cravings, grief, anger, low self esteem and many more.
