This one day workshop invites you to recognise and connect with younger aspects of yourself.

It is based in the belief that negative experiences such as trauma lead to a fracturing of the self.

By enabling direct communication with the hurt or injured part we can find the way back to wholeness.




Getting to the source of your emotional discomfort can be the most problematic element in finding relief.

This workshop aims to teach you a simple and elegant way to communicate effectively and directly with the parts of yourself that know where and what the emotional distress is.

 On completion of the workshop you will be able to identify precisely what the driving emotion is, where you have located it in your body and at what age the trauma occurred.

You will be shown how to address the problem to gently and permanently release the negativity, thus impacting positively on your present day life.
